Opened in 2015, Rosa’s Thai Angel is perfectly placed near Everyman cinema and only a few minutes from Angel and Highbury & Islington tube stations. Whether you’re out shopping, live or work in the area, or got tickets the cinema, why not make a stop at Rosa’s Thai and refuel with our delicious Pad Thai and bubble tea!
Our menu uses the best ingredients straight from Thai producers, from tamarind sauce that goes into every Pad Thai to coconut sugar used in our curries, so that the final dishes taste exactly like how we cook it in Thailand. If you’re visiting Rosa’s for the first time you have to try our signature dish, Pineapple Red Curry. Spicy and ever so slightly sweet curry, with tangy pineapple and sweet basil, the red curry paste is made in the south of Thailand for the spicy and authentic flavours.
If you’re visiting with children, they can choose from our kid’s menu – every meal comes with egg-fried rice, fresh veggies, and chicken satay skewers, crispy prawns, or spring roll to create their own delicious and nutritious Thai meal.
If you can’t decide what to try then check out our Wok Stars! The Pad Makhuea is our tasty stir-fried aubergine in chilli & basil sauce is one of our most popular dishes. They’re deep-fried in eggs and potato flour, then stir-fried with yellow bean sauce, chilli, soy sauce and sweet basil.

Lovely pad thai in Angel. The restaurant is part of widespread chain of Thai food. Location was nice, on a side street of the main road, easy access. Toilets are downstairs. The place was clean and although it looked like someone had just thrown up on the toilet stairs, this was cleaned super quickly. Friendly staff, great food, lots of space

Went for a late lunch as we had time to kill before our theatre show. Wow what a lovely suprise, firstly the staff were all so welcoming and so accommodating, the lovely assistant manager was so nice and we had a great chat.
