We can certainly help you make a reservation over the phone or when you drop in to visit us in person. But we recommend you check availability online first as it is updated live. Please note we don’t take bookings via social media DM.

We always reserve a few tables for walk-ins but during busy hours the wait can be quite long. We recommend you reserve a table in advance online.

Online is the best way to make a group booking enquiry.

For groups of 9+ guests, credit card details are required to reserve the table. We don’t charge any deposits when making a reservation. The card will only be charged at £10 per person in case of a complete no show or that the actual party size is less than half of the original booking.

Yes, we have lots of them! Our private and semi-private dining spaces can host larger groups. Check out where they are below. And if you’d like to book a private party, best to give us a ring.

Soho: semi-private basement up to 14 people

Carnaby: semi-private basement up to 30 people

Victoria: semi-private basement up to 16 people

Brixton: private dining room up to 20 people

Yes we certainly do! We have an amazing 3-course Thai Feast Menu for £25.00 per person (available from January-mid-November). The starters are served on a sharing platter so everyone gets to try a bit of everything from our amazing street snacks. The main curries and stir-fries also come with jasmine rice, or if you don’t fancy rice then there’s also a Pad Thai on the menu. The desesrts

For groups of 12+ guests, we kindly request that you order from this menu. If you wish to order extra dishes from the a la carte menu, we can also accommodate.

Currently, we only allow service dogs inside the restaurants. For all other doggos (and other small four-legged friends), we can host them where there is outside seating.

We certainly do. Please speak to our team when you’re at the restaurant – they’d be more than happy to help.

Many of our locations have wheelchair accessible entrance, restrooms, and seatings. You can find detailed information on our Google listings. Please note that some of our locations (especially ones in older buildings) have no wheelchair accessibly entrance or step-free access.

Yes we certainly do! You can purchase a digital or physical versions online here or directly with our team members in in the restaurants. All gift cards are valid for 12 months (unless specified otherwise) and can be use for eat-in or takeaway when ordering with a team member. Please note: gift cards are not valid on Deliveroo or online click n’ collect.

All of our restaurants offer 25% off food for NHS, Blue Light workers, and Police force with an active staff card or badge. Eat-in discount applies for cardholder plus one guest. Pop in for a takeaway and the discount applies towards total bill (not valid on Deliveroo). Gift cards are applicable to use with this discount.

Excluding all set menus, express lunch, and special promotions.

We offer 15% off food for students when they dine in with a valid student card. This offer is available across all locations.

Unfortunately, we cannot adapt our recipes via online ordering. If you’d like us to avoid certain ingredients, we recommend us getting in touch over the phone or stop by for a walk-in takeaway so we can ensure someone from our team can give you the best support.

Yes! All of our packaging are recyclable through curb side recycling bins and all paper materials are biodegradable and compostable too. The bubble tea seal needs to be removed and recycled separately from the cup.
