Update: after being contacted by the manager , I am happy to say the prompt response from the team was great. The kitchen itself was checked and as well its equipment, so is very hard to pinpoint the reason for the taste. I will also say that a small percentage could also be my taste buds that day.Happy to hear they will keep an eye and continue to check their premises and food. So giving 4 stars for the way this was handled by the management!---------Just had my food through deliveroo from here. I always loved Rosa's in Westfield Stratford. Order pad thai chicken. When I tasted it the foods literally tastes like chemicals. It has a very funny and strong smell and the chicken and the noodles tastes very strong of chemicals.I have never had such an experience before. Never complained at Deliveroo and always loved Rosa's. Will definitely log a complaint with the food agency. Something is not right with this place.
