Rosa’s Thai Guildford is situated on Friary street, the emerging hang out place leading up to one of the best shopping centre in Surrey, Friary Centre. Enjoy a Thai feast with friends and family after exploring the town with many historic heritage sites and its vibrant shops. Or enjoy a pre-theatre meal before catching a show at either the Electric Theatre or Yvonne Arnaud Theatre just 3 minutes walk away on either side from Rosa’s Thai. Our menu uses the best ingredients straight from Thai producers, from tamarind sauce that goes into every Pad Thai to coconut sugar used in our curries, so that the final dishes taste exactly like how we cook it in Thailand.  If you’re visiting Rosa’s for the first time you have to try our signature dish, Pineapple Red Curry. Spicy and ever so slightly sweet curry, with tangy pineapple and sweet basil, the red curry paste is made in the south of Thailand for the spicy and authentic flavours.

If you’re visiting Rosa’s Thai for the first time you have to try our signature Green Curry. Our green curry sauce is made Trang, in the south of Thailand by a husband and wife team. Our recipe uses the freshest lemongrass, galangal, and green chillies to create a fragrant curry sauce. This Thailand’s best loved curry comes with aubergine, bamboo shoots, and sweet basil, and is perfectly with fragrant jasmine rice and a crispy fried egg to make it a complete meal.
