We opened Rosa’s Thai West Hampstead in 2017 taking over an older family-run restaurant. We’re only a few minutes from West Hampstead’s Overground, Underground and Thameslink stations, and Vue Cinema at the O2 Centre on Finchley Road is a 10-minute walk away. Its cosy yet lively atmosphere and great location make this the perfect spot for a pre-theatre meal or a post-work dinner.
From the warming Tom Yum soup to one of our most popular dishes – Pad Thai – we use authentic ingredients sourced straight from Thailand. Each dish is cooked using our founder’s family recipe, made to order for that fresh Thai flavours. Whether you like spice or prefer a milder taste, there’s something on the menu for everyone. For those who prefer meat-free, gluten-free or halal options, we have many dishes on the menu to suit your requirements. Most of our veggie and tofu dishes can be made vegan by request too. Just ask!
If you’re visiting Rosa’s Thai for the first time you have to try our Papaya Salad or Som Tum. It’s sweet, sour, salty, spicy and tangy, all key flavours of Thai cuisine in one dish. You can even eat like a Thai by adding chicken satay or grill pork skewers and a side of sticky rice to make it a larger meal.
If you’re visiting with children, they can choose from our delicious and nutritious kid’s menu – every meal comes with egg-fried rice, fresh and tasty veggies, and they can choose their own protein from chicken satay skewers to crispy prawns or veggie spring rolls.
We can get very busy, especially during dinner, so don’t forget to book ahead to secure your table, or, if you’re just passing by we’re happy to accommodate walk-ins.

I came for a late lunch/early dinner and ended up choosing my favourite: Beef Massaman Curry, with coconut rice. It was delicious as always. Yum. What a pleasure: great food, a cosy and relaxing atmosphere and lovely staff. I’ll come back to experience it all again… as usual!

It is the second time I order food from this restaurant.The taste is authentic and amazing. It became quickly one of my favorite thai restaurants.But I had some issues with the package they used for the delivery last night as it is made of paper. So the bag arrived broken and all the sauce from the red curry came out leaving 5 prawns in the box.The manager was too nice and rearranged the order at the restaurant.Also she got the point and fixed the issue with the paper boxes. So I can carry on ordering from my home as well. They are so nice and so honest and look after their guests.

Nice cute Thai restaurant to have yummy and spicy Thai food. The popcorn shrimp and minced chicken pad kra prow was so good and spicy. I was surprised by the refreshing taste of lychee and mango bubble drink. It was so good. And Sunaina's service was also great. She did a great job waitressing us. Will recommend anyone looking for a yummy Thai food.
